WARRANTY Machine comes with 1 Year warranty which starts from product delivery date. Incase of machine installation (if required), confirmed to & fro tickets are required tobook the engineer visit. Also, confirmation needs to be provided for hotel booking,eating and lodging charges in advance. Home stay is not allowed. Electrical components (excluding motor), any loss in transportation, man-handlingof machine, rubber and cloth items in machine: These are not included underwarranty scheme Machine should be operated by well trained and experiencedprofessional only. If engineer is visiting for installation, no trial operation should bedone on the machine, else liability for warranty gets automatically cancelled. CANCELLATION OF ORDER Orders once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Customer isadvised to take delivery of the machine within 15 days of intimation else amountpaid against the order will be forfeited and company will have no responsibility fortimely delivery of machine.
INSPECTION We offer lifetime free consultation for our esteemed customers. In case, buyerrequests for a visit, he/she needs to make booking request for the same well inadvance. Also, he/she needs to bear all the expenses on travelling as percompany policy
General Term and Condition •Quotation Validity: 30 Days from the date of Submission of Quotation•Delivery: Ex. Bhopal Works, within 10-12 days from the date of confirmation of Purchase Order •Delivery schedule will be finalized at the time of finalization of Order. •Payment Terms: Advance 70% payment along with Purchase Order, 30%against Submission of Performa Invoice •Payment Mode: By Online Transfer/Cash •Packing Forwarding Charges: Extra At Actual. Delicate components like control panel, valves etc. Are carefully packed •Taxes are extra as applicable •TA & DA for technician is chargeable • Warranty applicable only if part is broken while in operation (no othercircumstances/covered will be considered under warranty) • We take trial of machine before delivery in presence of customer, we don’t have any liability in case machine is not working on client side. Only one time installation service will beprovided. •Technician visiting at customers place for service/installation, customer needsto provide two way tickets, food & lodging facility, 500/- per day service charge. •Advance submitted while placing the order is not reversible under anycircumstances.
